In the afternoon session, we explore more details of Hanna Somatic Movement Education that lead to a sense of rest, calm and clarity, both within our mind and our physical self.
You can book this workshop separately, if you already have joined one of my previous workshops or classes. If you are brand new, please join the morning session and / or this one.
This workshop is suitable for all bodies and levels of experience. Come as you are, and leave with everyday practices to help you feel centred, calmer, and more at ease in yourself. Places limited to 8.
