Recentre: Easing Stress Through Somatic Awareness ONLINE

This 4 part series is the online version of the in person day workshop - divided into shorter sessions.

In the rush of daily life, it’s easy to lose our sense of balance—both physically and mentally. Everyday Balance: Somatic Movement for Calm and Clarity offers a gentle, practical approach to reconnecting with your body’s natural steadiness. Through guided somatic movement, mindful awareness, and simple self-regulation breathing tools, you’ll learn to reduce tension, restore rest, and support clarity in your day-to-day life, all from the comfort of your own space.

This workshop is suitable for all bodies and levels of experience. Come as you are, and leave each week with more everyday practices to help you feel centred, calmer, and more at ease in yourself. You need a phone or laptop with steady internet connection, some space on the floor and comfortable clothes to wear.

Each session runs for 90min, recording of the movement portion and supporting material included. The session provides time for discussion and questions. A series of great movement based de-stressing strategies you can use in small daily movement breaks.
