Pink Ribbon in person / online session

The booking covers one Saturday in person session as well as a second session online during the week (scheduled separately).

Pink Ribbon is a set breast cancer movement recovery program, developed by Doreen Puglisi. I have certified with Doreen in person in May 2015 and have worked with women of all ages using the program, incorporating Somatic Movement during and after chemotherapy and radiation. This program is particularly helpful if your daily movements are limited.

Finding Centre - Head, Neck, Pelvic Floor

Do you find yourself holding tension in your face and jaw, feel the need to sigh a lot, feel tired and exhausted?

In this signature workshop, refined over the last years of teaching, I will guide you through a gentle and profound somatic practice to help you find softness and space through the centre of your body, starting with the eyes and jaw, addressing tension in the neck and pelvic floor. Through small movements and restful breathing, you can restore your sense of calm, ease and space.

This workshop is slow paced and includes movements mainly lying on the back and some in sidelying.
