Weekly open level classes - ideally you have worked one to one with me before or have participated in a Foundations in Somatics course.

Additional class Saturday 10.30am starting January 10th

The classes are available on drop in, class packages and monthly membership.

Tailored one to one session with hands-on guidance and feedback for your movement.

Home practice will be sent as a follow up, or we can video suitable movements at the end.
A minimum of 3 sessions is recommended. This is not a massage.

Pink Ribbon in person / online session

The booking covers one Saturday in person session as well as a second session online during the week (scheduled separately).

Pink Ribbon is a set breast cancer movement recovery program, developed by Doreen Puglisi. I have certified with Doreen in person in May 2015 and have worked with women of all ages using the program, incorporating Somatic Movement during and after chemotherapy and radiation. This program is particularly helpful if your daily movements are limited.

Finding Centre Day workshop / Oscailt

This full day workshop is designed to be an introduction to contemporary Hanna Somatic Movement Education, distilling over 2 decades of professional movement teaching into a practical, relaxing and informative day of explorations.

We will address how to release tension in neck and shoulder, back and hips and have time for questions, variations and understanding how our body works.
